You can manage your booking anytime, 24/7, through your online account by clicking here.

Don’t have an account yet? Simply register using the same email address you used to book, and your booking will appear automatically.

Please note:

• You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your start time.
• For activity bookings of up to 4 people (without a food package), we need at least 48 hours’ notice to issue a refund.
