Your safety is super important to us. Here’s what to do in case of an emergency during your stay:
Minor injuries? Head to Reception (8am–6pm) or the Beach Hut, where trained first aiders are available.
After hours, contact Night Security on 📞 07596 924303 — they are first aid trained and will assist you.
In the unlikely event of a serious incident, here’s what to do:
Stay calm and leave your tent or building quickly and safely.
If indoors, follow the green exit signs and staff instructions.
In case of fire, use the manual fire bell next to the hard standing camping area, or shout “FIRE, FIRE!” to alert other guests and staff.
Head to the Main Car Park – this is our designated assembly point.
Do not return to your tent or any structure until cleared to do so by a staff member or emergency services.
If you need urgent help (medical, fire, or police), call 999 first — then notify a team member or call our security team on 📞 07596 924303 so we can assist emergency services on arrival.
