Zip up your tent when you’re not in it – Local wildlife like foxes love an open invitation!
Use the side vents and keep it ventilated – warm air and moisture can really build up so help us to keep our bell tents feeling fresh.
Use the main car park – You’re welcome to unload next to your tent, then please move your car to the main car park.
Track your takeaway – If you’re ordering food, make sure the driver knows to head to the exit gate and be ready to collect it yourself. Our night security team are focused on keeping everyone safe and can’t attend to food deliveries. Our address is Spring Lakes Watersports & Leisure, Pasture Lane Long Eaton, Derbyshire, NG10 2FZ.
Check out by 10am – Pack up, zip up, and leave your tent tidy with the side vents open.

Don’t leave tents unzipped – Foxes and wildlife are cheeky and curious!
Don’t expect food deliveries to be brought to your tent – Meet them at the gate.
No swimming unless booked – Safety first! Only enter the lake through booked activities.
No loud music or late-night parties – Help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay.
No collecting wood or foraging – Please protect our natural surroundings.
No campfires – These are not allowed anywhere on site.
No fishing unless booked – Fishing is only allowed via organised activities.
No entering wooded areas – Let the wildlife have their space undisturbed.
BBQs are allowed, but only disposable BBQs are permitted.
If your bell tent has a brick BBQ, you must only use a disposable BBQ on top of it.
Please don’t put wood or coal directly onto the brick grill – disposable BBQs only!
