Job FAQs

What is seasonal work?

Our peak season runs from April to October, with casual work available at weekends and during school holidays. Some roles may also extend into our winter events, like Christmas experiences.

What is the application process?

Apply online, and we’ll contact you before the summer season for our next recruitment event. This gives you a chance to visit the site, meet the team, and see the role in action. If successful, you’ll receive a job offer and need to complete a DBS check before starting.

Do I require a DBS?

All roles require a DBS check, which we will arrange for you. However, you will be responsible for covering the cost.

What qualifications do I need?

The qualifications you need depend on the role. Some positions require industry-specific certifications (e.g., lifeguard or paddle sports instructor), while others, like customer service or food & beverage roles, focus on experience, communication skills, and a passion for great service. Training is provided for many roles!

Do you offer work experience placements?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer work experience placements.
